Quantity of electric control box: three (installed in the equipment rack);
Main power supply specification: Three-phase five wire AC380±10%50HZ;
Control circuit: AC220V, with neutral wire;
Operation mechanism of mains breaker is available outside the control box, thereforeoperation can be performed without opening the door of the box.

Thermal control is realized with three components (circuit breaker, electromagneticcontactor and thermal relay);

Interlock:
In normal operation: If the blower fan does not start, the heater will not start;Start in the sequence of transmission, blower fan and heater, and stop in the reversedsequence. The blower fan stops 30 minutes after the heater.
Others:
(The conveyor belt breaks): Heating and transmission stop immediately, while theblower fan will stops later, and sound and light alarm is given;
(Abnormal slot temperature): The temperature controller in the slot stops the heater,and the exception indicator lights up, and sound and light alarm is given;
Equipment linkage speed control: When the switch is at linkage position, a givenspeed signal is used to control the speed, which can be fine adjusted;
